Master Thesis, 2016
A study across the disciplines of Architecture and Fashion, at their meeting point: the project of the Fashion Show space, interpreted as an architectural device.
In the first part, examples of emblematic contemporary fashion shows are observed in their design qualities, as a suggestion for an exploration of multiple architectonic and urban themes.
In the second section, the thesis aims to reveal the unconscious and reciprocal designing of the City and the Fashion Show, from the Parisian boulevard of the Belle Epoque to our days.
The conclusion brings us to the city of Venice, a palimpsest of worldwide urban scenes touched historically by the Fashion show and the location for a new series of projects.
